Cuttlefish
Cuttlefish is prized for its distinctive taste and subtle aroma. Its flesh is rich in nutrients, including vitamins A, B6, B12, D and E and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
With its distinctive shape, its internal cuttlebone, its eight arms lined with suckers and its ability to change appearance, the cuttlefish is every bit as captivating as the octopus.
