Pink spiny lobster
Palinurus mauritanicus, commonly called the pink spiny lobster, is a decapod crustacean of the family Palinuridae found in the North Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
A cousin of the lobster and the langoustine, it has delicate flesh of great quality, which it owes to its rocky habitat.
